Chef Rickie Pérez is a Chicago-based chef and the founder of Logan Oyster Socials, a traveling raw bar experience known for fresh-shucked oysters and bold, culturally inspired seafood.
After a fantastic debut with us on 4/20, Chef Rickie returns on 4/27 with freshly shucked oysters: 3 for $12 or 5 for $20. He'll be shucking with us as supplies last!
Monday also kicks off our INDUSTRY MONDAY NIGHTS and we're doing it big for the debut: 50% off everything for Industry folks from 7-11pm. Yep. Everything! Just be a person working in the Chicago hospitality industry and let our team know.
Fathom opens at 5pm with a happy hour for all until Chef Rickie and Industry Discounts begin at 7pm! Fathom remains open until 11pm.
Fathom is 21+ and requires physical or mobile ID for all to enter. Fathom is also ADA accessible with easy front door entry and an ADA restroom.

With a background in Michelin-level kitchens and national television appearances on MasterChef and Guy’s Grocery Games, Rickie brings a high level of technique to a fun, guest-driven dining style. His work celebrates Chicago as a crossroads of flavor, reimagining oysters through diverse culinary lenses while keeping the ingredient at the center.
He is also the creator of The Oyster Social, a Chicago-style oyster festival that brings together chefs from across the city to showcase oysters through their own cultural perspectives. The event highlights the diversity of Chicago’s food scene, turning a single ingredient into a wide range of flavors, styles, and stories.
