Constellation provides networking, connection, and community for queer and trans business owners in the Chicagoland area through structured, bi-weekly meetings and peer-to-peer skill share and coaching.

We are working towards a world where queer and trans people can thrive in all aspects of their work and life. By building a committed, close-knit network of queer and trans small business owners through community building, business development, and skill-sharing, we help to create vibrant neighborhoods, just and welcoming workplaces, and affirming, accessible services for everyone.

Fathom opens at 5pm with a happy hour specials menu until 6pm. Fathom remains open until 11pm.

Fathom is 21+ and requires physical or mobile ID for all to enter. Fathom is also ADA accessible with easy access through our front and garage doors.
