Jasmine is the founder of Tasting India, a Chicago-based spice company and culinary brand inspired by the diverse regional cuisines of India. Through immersive dinners, pop-ups, and thoughtfully crafted spice blends, she brings contemporary Indian flavors to new audiences while celebrating the stories and traditions behind every dish. Bombay After Dark marks Tasting India’s latest exploration of Indian-inspired small plates designed for gathering, sharing, and great cocktails.
